A couple of friends of mine told me about this small reservoir. It has this elevated catwalk leading out to a platform with a locked valve box that controls the water coming out of the reservoir. I'm sure anyone watching me, over the next couple hours flashing lights all over the foreground and background, must have thought I was some kind of loony-tunes character let out of the loony-bin just a little too soon. But as you can see it turned out pretty nice in the end. It started out with a completely dark scene as usual.
