Wild Horse Slot Canyon Footsteps

Little Wild Horse Canyon is a very unique Utah slot canyon carved in the sandstone by water, sand, and wind. Just when you think you are coming to a dead end the opening in the rocks is revealed. See the end of the footsteps in the sand? Just to the right is the opening that you don’t see until you get there. Every few hundred feet the type of rock and sandstone changes to give it an entirely different feel. The pink walls are reflections of the blue sky while the yellows and oranges are the sun reflecting on the canyon walls. This canyon is located a short ride from Goblin Valley State Park in the San Rafael Reef.
